Elda River Investment
In December 2022, Elda River partnered with Arcadia to lead a $125 million convertible debt investment. The proceeds were used to fund continued expansion of its software and services business units. The investment was directly originated by the Elda River team.
Elda River Approach
Elda River was initially attracted to Arcadia due to the company’s leadership position across multiple, high-growth energy transition verticals as well as Arcadia’s high quality management team. Additionally, Elda River has numerous touch points across its portfolio companies that are customers of Arcadia.
